NutriZen – Refund Policy

At NutriZen, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality supplements that support blood health, cleansing, and iron levels. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure a smooth and transparent refund process. Please review our policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility
NutriZen offers a 30-day return window, starting from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition you received it, whether opened or unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Due to the nature of our health supplements, refunds are generally not issued unless the product meets one of the following exceptions:

Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Upon verification, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Shipments: If you receive the wrong item, we’ll correct the issue by resending the correct product or issuing a refund.

Double Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing cycle, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

Billing Errors: If a billing error occurs on your account, we will resolve it and issue a refund if appropriate.

2. Cancellations & Non-Refundable Charges
Once a product has been shipped or delivered, it is generally considered non-refundable unless it qualifies under the conditions mentioned above.
Subscription and single-order charges are non-refundable after delivery unless an error or issue applies (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@getnutrizen.com and include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Email address used for your order
  • Order number or receipt
  • Description of the issue
  • Date of the charge in question

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond accordingly.

4. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 24–48 hours, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Please note: Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.

NutriZen reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
